How long does my order take to arrive?

Delivery time is 4 to 6 business days from the date of payment confirmation. This deadline does not apply to deliveries to islands. Please note that the delivery time is an estimate. We are not responsible for delays by the logistics agency. Keep in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales, your order may be delayed.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is €7.00 for orders nationwide. For European Union countries, standard shipping is 5/7 business days and the cost is is €8 + VAT. Shipping is free for orders of €60 or more.

Can I return a product?

The right of withdrawal is excluded, for reasons of hygiene, if you have opened or used the products. Returned products must be perfectly intact and complete with all their components. The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the products.

You cannot change your order once it has been placed.

No, it is not essential, you can make a purchase as a guest. However, we recommend that you register so you don't miss out on our news!

Can I get an invoice on behalf of my company?

Yes, please enter your information and billing request when completing your order. After the order is completed, for tax reasons, billing information cannot be changed.
